What HomeCost Radar is — and isn’t

HomeCost Radar provides estimates for budgeting and planning purposes only. Estimates are not contractor bids, engineering assessments, inspections, tax, insurance, or legal advice, or safety certifications. Always consult a licensed professional for decisions that require one, and call emergency services for emergencies.

No warranty

Estimates are based on models, assumptions, and reference data, and carry uncertainty that we disclose as a range and a confidence level. The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Accounts & acceptable use

• Keep your credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
• Don’t misuse the service: no automated abuse, scraping at scale, or attempts to break security or access others’ data.

Changes

We may update these terms and our methodologies; methodology changes are versioned and never overwrite your historical estimates.
